伊萨赫·德·班克尔/艾萨克·德·班克尔（英语：Isaach de Bankolé，1971年12月7日－）是一位象牙海岸的演员。伊萨赫出生在象牙海岸的阿必尚市，他的父母是贝南共和国的约鲁巴人，而祖父母都是奈及利亚人。他先就读于法国的西蒙戏剧艺术课程，之后取得法国大学艺术硕士。他通晓约鲁巴语、班巴拉语、英语、法语、德语及略通义大利语。他与音乐家卡桑德拉·威尔森（Cassandra Wilson）在2000年结婚。

1997年他到美国寻求更多的演出机会，结果至今为止，他总共演出超过五十部以上的电影，包括知名美国独立电影导演吉姆·贾木许（Jim Jarmusch）的电影《地球之夜》、《鬼狗杀手》、《咖啡与烟》及《极限控制》等。另外他也参与演出导演拉斯·冯·提尔（Lars von Trier）的电影《命运变奏曲》，2006年《007首部曲：皇家夜总会》他饰演恐怖分子首领史蒂芬·奥班诺（Steven Obanno），同年他也在电影《迈阿密风云》里饰演Neptune。2008年他在电影《Machetero》中饰演一名记者Jean Dumont，2013年，他饰演安德鲁·多桑姆导演的电影《乔治的母亲》中的Ayodele Balogun，该片于2013年圣丹斯电影节中进行首映，并被同年的马里兰电影节选为闭幕影片。此外在《神父有难》（Calvary），《猎巫行动：大灭绝》及漫威电影《黑豹》中都有他的演出。
