冀朝鑄(Ji Chaozhu)（1929年7月30日－2020年4月29日），男，山西汾陽人，早年留學美國，為中華人民共和國外交官、聯合國原副秘書長，被譽為「中國紅牆第一翻譯」。在美國長大的中國人，20世紀50年代他回到祖國，為周恩來總理做了17年的翻譯，親歷中國國內以及外交史上一系列重大變故，並最終成為聲名顯赫的外交家，在聯合國的大舞台上嶄露頭角。
生平
- 1938年，隨家人移居美國，後就學於哈佛大學，後因朝鮮戰爭。
- 1950年回國，就讀於清華大學化學系。
- 1954年，進入中華人民共和國外交部。
- 1972年，尼克松訪華時任周恩來的翻譯員。
- 1979年，任外交部美大司副司長。
- 1985年，任中國駐斐濟兼駐瓦努阿圖和基里巴斯大使。
- 1987年，擔任中華人民共和國駐英國大使

父親是法學家冀貢泉，大哥是經濟學家冀朝鼎，四哥是演員冀朝理。
