巴弄蝶英文学名：Hedge Hopper又名黧弄蝶。属于弄蝶科的一种蝴蝶，是巴弄蝶属（学名：Baracus）的唯一一种。栖息于印度至中国广西一带，模式产地为斯里兰卡[1]，是该族少数分布至印度次大陆的演化支。[2]
分布区域
- 主要分布在中国（广西、云南）、印度、不丹、缅甸和斯里兰卡等地[3]。

雄雌特征
- 雄蝶前翅长15-17毫米，雌蝶较大。前后翅背面大部分绿色至灰绿色，前缘与外缘颜色较暗，前翅背面亚顶斑不透明，明显。
- 雌蝶有亚顶斑3个、中域斑2个；后翅腹面有明显放射状白条纹，与细条纹相间，1个通过中室，1个通过cu2室[3]。

- B. v. subditus - 分布于印度南部[4]
- B. v. septentrionum - 中印亚种，分布于中国（广西、云南）、印度、不丹、缅甸[3]
- B. v. hampsoni - 分布于印度西高止山脉（尼尔吉利斯县、果达古、卡纳达）[5]，又名汉普黧弄蝶
- B. v. gotha - 分布于印度南部[6]
