弗兰克·皮尔森（Frank Romer Pierson)，(1925年5月12日 – 2012年7月22日），出生于美国纽约查帕夸(Chappaqua)。是一位美国影视编剧和导演。
皮尔森在二战期间在军队服役，然后从哈佛大学毕业。曾在《时代》和《生活》杂志担任记者。他的第一个剧本是卖给美国铝业固特异剧院( Alcoa-Goodyear Theater)。
