Personal profile:

Hui Li was a Professor of Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School. He received his B.Eng. and M.S. degrees from School of Information Eng., Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1986 and 1989 respectively, and Ph.D. degree from the Dept. of Information Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2000. He was Director of Shenzhen Key Lab of Information theory & Future Internet architecture, Director of PKU Lab of CENI (China Environment for Network Innovations), National Major Research Infrastructure. He proposed the first co-governing future networking 「MIN」 based on blockchain technology and implemented its prototype on Operator’s Network in the world,and this project 「MIN: Co-Governing Multi-Identifier Network Architecture and Its Prototype on Operator’s Network」 was obtained the award of World Leading Internet Scientific and Technological Achievements by the 6th World Internet Conference on 2019, Wuzhen, China. The first English monograph by theme of 「Cyberspace UN」 has been published by Springer Publisher withtitle《Co-governed Sovereignty Network: Legal Basis and Its Prototype & Applications with MIN Architecture》. His research interests include network architecture, cyberspace security, distributed storage, and blockchain. As the first author, He has published three Monographs with field on Future network architecture, Consensus Algorithms on Blockchain, Distributed storage theory and system in Chinese.

個人簡介

北京大學教授、博導,鵬城實驗室兼職教授博導。1981-1989年就讀於清華大學信息工程學院並獲得學士學位和碩士學位,1997-2000年就讀於香港中文大學信息工程系並獲得博士學位。現任國家重大科技基礎設施——未來網絡試驗設施北大實驗室主任、深圳市信息論與未來網絡體系重點實驗室主任、擬態技術與產業創新同盟副理事長,IEEE區塊鏈技術深圳專家委主任、榮獲中國科協《科學中國人》2017年度人物獎。研究方向包括未來網絡體系結構、網絡空間安全、高安全專網、區塊鏈與共識算法、分布式存儲、人工智能與網絡安全。長期從事計算機系統及軟件、互聯網及通信系統、集成電路設計的開發的研究與教學工作,長期負責國家重點研發計劃、國家科技部973課題、863課題和國家自然基金項目課題。近五年在國內外核心期刊和會議上發表論文50多篇;申請中國發明專利30餘項,授權專利20餘項;申請美國專利15項,授權美國專利8項,其中2項區塊鏈域名標識專利是中國最早在美國獲批的區塊鏈相關專利。2018年,其負責的項目「強一致性電信分布式數據庫關鍵技術及應用」獲得深圳市科技進步獎;李揮教授團隊在國際上首先提出的突破IP單一標識瓶頸的網絡層革命性多標識共存尋址體系獲得了國家973項目支持。2019年,項目「MIN:多邊共管的多標識網絡體系及其在運營商網絡上的原型實現」入選第六屆中國烏鎮世界互聯網大會領先技術成果。

學術貢獻

1. 在國際上首先提出突破IP單一標識瓶頸的多邊共管多標識網絡體系MIN,並在北京、廣東、香港、澳門四地12個IDC的商用網絡上展開了大規模部署驗證和功能測試並驗證成功。2019年,項目「MIN:多邊共管的多標識網絡體系及其在運營商網絡上的原型實現」入選第6屆烏鎮世界互聯網大會領先技術成果。

2. 2021年,經過全軍裝備大數據建設應用專業組綜合評定,基於MIN的高安全專網及擬態分布式存儲系統入選首屆「裝備大數據論壇」優秀成果展示(全國僅24個單位)。

3. 2020年,MIN成為國家工業互聯網創新發展工程——基於新型網絡標識技術的根服務系統項目的技術路線,幫助主管部門全程完成標書指南準備,並聯合國家數字程控工程技術、之江實驗室、紫金山實驗室等23家單位共同參與投標申報。

4. 提出多邊共管主權互聯網的概念並進行系統研發,國際上第一本多邊共管主權互聯網專著《多邊共管的主權互聯網法理依據及其架構體系和原型導論》於2020年8月由清華出版社出版,其英文版《Co-governed Sovereignty Network: Legal Basis and Its Prototype & Applications with MIN Architecture》於2021年7月由德國Springer出版。

5. 在區塊鏈共識算法及應用的研究國際領先,在國際首先提出了用於聯盟鏈的投票共識算法(Proof of Vote)及基於信任的共識算法(Consensus of Trust),系統地解決了超大規模高通量聯盟鏈的CAP三難困境,已授權的2項美國專利是中國最早在美國獲批的區塊鏈相關專利,及5項相關回國專利。代表性專著《區塊鏈的共識算法原理及應用——以多標識網絡體系管理系統為例》由科學出版社於2019年12月出版。

6. 在分布式大數據云存儲的理論研究及系統研發方面國際領先,成果被IEEE Spectrum《科技縱覽》系列跟蹤報道。提出的基於G(2)域的RS糾刪碼達到理論上最優,是目前業內最優的編碼。提出的基於G(2)域的再生碼(RGC)BMBR/BMSR是計算複雜度最優的RGC,使得RGC達到實用的程度,已經獲美國專利授權專利3項,並收錄成為維基百科和百度百科的學科詞條。

7. 最早把隨機過程鞅的理論應用到網絡抗攻擊量化安全分析模型中,實現動態量化統一分析,獲得美國專利1項

8. 提出自適應的網絡編碼理論與網絡傳輸控制結合的協議NC-TCP,獲得美國專利授權。
