詹姆斯·艾弗里（英語：James La Rue Avery, Sr.，1945年11月27日－2013年12月31日），是一名美國演員，他出生於弗吉尼亞州，生長於新澤西州亞特蘭蒂斯市，他最著名的表演是《貝萊爾的新鮮王子》中扮演法官菲利普·班克斯[1]。
