<p style="text-indent: 30px; line-height:30px">1949年底，鄧傳楷出任[[臺灣省立師範學校]]1949年度大專畢業生就業訓練班第一分班主任，協助安頓全國各校流亡來臺應屆畢業生。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 30px; line-height:30px">1950年11月17日，於國民黨中央改造委員會第48次會議中，蔣中正派任鄧傳楷為改造委員會第一組副主任；11月20日15時，出席中央改造委員會第51次會議就任。後又任第二組副主任。1952年10月31日兼青年救國團首任副主任。</p>
