人物经历

2008年应聘入选中国科学院动物所"百人计划-国外引进杰出人才",在生物膜和膜工程国家重点实验室建立"分子神经生物学研究组"。1998年于中国科学院发育生物学研究所分子发育开放实验室获得博士学位。2000年以后在美国得克萨斯大学西南医学研究中心生理系做博士后研究和讲师。

研究方向

主要研究方向为神经细胞在生理和病理状态下钙信号的功能调控。

在国际上首先发现了神经细胞胞内钙信号紊乱与亨廷顿氏神经退行性疾病(舞蹈病)的关系;并使用基因治疗的方法,稳定了舞蹈病模型小鼠神经细胞的钙信号,显著延缓了疾病模型小鼠纹状体神经细胞的退行性病变。 近年来所取得的研究成果发表在国际核心学术期刊,包括Neuron、PNAS、J Neuroscience、 Development、J Biol Chem等。迄今共发表SCI收录论文25余篇, 获得美国专利一项。今后的研究重点将以小鼠、果蝇和斑马鱼等模式动物作为研究体系,利用分子细胞生物学、遗传学和生物化学等技术,探讨神经钙信号紊乱,DNA的损伤修复与神经退行性疾病的关系;探索以神经钙信号传导通路,DNA的损伤与修复通路为切入点的神经退行性疾病治疗方案。作为项目负责人承担了中科院百人计划项目、中科院知识创新工程重要方向项目以及国家自然科学基金面上项目 。
