人物經歷

2008年應聘入選中國科學院動物所"百人計劃-國外引進傑出人才",在生物膜和膜工程國家重點實驗室建立"分子神經生物學研究組"。1998年於中國科學院發育生物學研究所分子發育開放實驗室獲得博士學位。2000年以後在美國得克薩斯大學西南醫學研究中心生理系做博士後研究和講師。

研究方向

主要研究方向為神經細胞在生理和病理狀態下鈣信號的功能調控。

在國際上首先發現了神經細胞胞內鈣信號紊亂與亨廷頓氏神經退行性疾病(舞蹈病)的關係;並使用基因治療的方法,穩定了舞蹈病模型小鼠神經細胞的鈣信號,顯著延緩了疾病模型小鼠紋狀體神經細胞的退行性病變。 近年來所取得的研究成果發表在國際核心學術期刊,包括Neuron、PNAS、J Neuroscience、 Development、J Biol Chem等。迄今共發表SCI收錄論文25餘篇, 獲得美國專利一項。今後的研究重點將以小鼠、果蠅和斑馬魚等模式動物作為研究體系,利用分子細胞生物學、遺傳學和生物化學等技術,探討神經鈣信號紊亂,DNA的損傷修復與神經退行性疾病的關係;探索以神經鈣信號傳導通路,DNA的損傷與修復通路為切入點的神經退行性疾病治療方案。作為項目負責人承擔了中科院百人計劃項目、中科院知識創新工程重要方向項目以及國家自然科學基金面上項目 。
