1978.7、1982.6: 吉林大學電子科學系,分別獲得理學學士、理學碩士學位;

2001.6:北京航空航天大學材料科學系,獲得工學博士學位;

1985.7-2001.9:北京航空航天大學應用物理系,助教、講師、副教授;

1999.9-2000.10:丹麥技術大學微電子中心訪問學者;

2001.10-現在:北京大學集成電路學院,博士後、副教授、教授。

MEMS傳感器,集成製造工藝、超表面技術太赫茲探測成像

研究成果

集成微懸臂樑傳感器:開發出壓阻式MEMS傳感器與部分耗盡 SOI CMOS的單片集成製造工藝,研製出多通道集成微懸臂樑傳感器,實現多種生化毒劑的高信噪比傳感檢測。 超表面技術:面向太赫茲和紅外探測的應用需求,研製出多種類型超材料吸收體、超表面透鏡、全息相位板、偏振片等超表面器件。 太赫茲焦平面陣列成像技術:通過將超材料吸收體與雙材料微懸臂樑相集成,研製出熱機械式太赫茲焦平面陣列,利用建立的高分辨率成像系統實現聚合物、金屬、半導體等材料結構的二維和三維成像。
