安麗（英語：Amway，全稱：American way）是一家成立於美國公司，主要營銷策略是利用多層次直銷來銷售健康、美容、居家護理產品。[3][4][5]總公司位於美國密歇根州大急流市艾達鎮（：Ada Township, Michigan），1959年由傑·溫安洛和理查·狄維士創辦。

2017年，安利與其安達高（：Alticor）旗下的姊妹公司報告當年的總銷量為86億美元。安利通過其分布在全球超過一百個國家或地區的有關公司進行銷售，並於2015年在《福布斯》美國私有企業利潤榜中排行第二十九，2016年《直銷新聞》美國多層次直銷公司榜中排行第一。

因多層次傳銷，安利已被多個國家機構審查。

創辦

自學生時代以來，理查·狄維士和傑·溫安洛就一直是好朋友，他們也共同經商，曾經經營過漢堡、包機服務、航海企業。1949年，經溫安洛的表親尼爾·馬斯肯特（Neil Maaskant）引薦，他們來到了紐崔萊產品公司（Nutrilite Products Corporation）[6]，並在當年8月成為了紐崔萊食品供應的分銷商。[7][頁碼請求]翌日，他們以$19.50美元的價格賣出了第一箱食品，但兩周後就對此失去了興趣。在馬斯肯特的建議跟資助下，他們來到了芝加哥參加一場紐崔萊的講座，觀看了公司的一些資料視頻、聽了事業有成的分銷商的經驗分享，於是決定繼續經營紐崔萊的業務。在回程的路上他們賣掉了第二箱產品，隨後很快地就進入角色開始發展自己的業務。[7][頁碼請求]

1949年年初，他們創辦了傑理公司（Ja-Ri Corporation，用二人的名字拼成），從南美洲國家進口羊毛製品。在聽完芝加哥的那場講座之後，他們將傑理公司轉為紐崔萊的分銷公司。[8]除了銷售所得利潤之外，紐崔萊還利用多層次傳銷，當舊分銷商引薦的新分銷商將產品銷售出去之後，舊分銷商也能從紐崔萊那裡得到佣金。到了1958年，狄維士和溫安洛就已經組織了五千多名分銷商。但因擔心紐崔萊不穩定，再加上他們希望尋找一些新產品來分銷，1959年4月，狄維士、溫安洛以及其他的一些頂級分銷商在地下室里成立了安利（當時名為美國之路協會，即American Way Association）。[9][10]

安利的第一個產品是 Frisk，由俄亥俄州科學家研發的一款濃縮有機清潔劑。狄維士和溫安洛將其買下，後將其改名為液態有機清潔劑（Liquid Organic Cleaner）。[11]二人隨後成立了兩個公司——安利銷售公司（Amway Sales Corporation），用來採購、管理、銷售產品；以及安利服務公司（Amway Services Corporation），來為分銷商提供保險等福利。[12]1960年，他們又買下了液態有機清潔劑的原生產商（Atco Manufacturing Company）50%的股份，並將其改名為安利製造公司（Amway Manufacturing Corporation）。[13]1964年，安利銷售公司、安利服務公司、安利製造公司合併為安利公司（Amway Corporation）。[14]

1972年，安利取得了紐崔萊的控制權，1994年將紐崔萊完全買下。[15]

安利1971年進軍澳大利亞[16]，1973年打入部分歐洲地區，1974年進入亞洲部分地區，1979年進入日本[17]，1985年進入拉丁美洲，1987年進入泰國，1995年進入中國，1997年進入非洲，1998年進入印度[18]、斯堪的納維亞，2003年進入烏克蘭[19]，2005年進入俄羅斯，2006年進入越南。
