羅 杭，男，北京大學國際關係學院教授。
人物履歷
巴黎大學（UPMC）計算機科學博士，清華大學管理學博士；
北京大學國際關係學院長聘副教授、博士生導師。
Dr Hang Luo is an associate professor at the School of International Studies, Peking University. He holds a doctoral degree in management from Tsinghua University and a doctoral degree in computer science from Universite Paris VI. His research interests include computational political science, computational international organization theory, decision theory and method, European and EU politics.
