雅克·馬里頓又譯雅克·馬里丹或雅克·馬里旦（法語：Jacques Maritain，1882年11月18日－1973年4月28日）是法國天主教哲學家。

在天主教，聖公會和東正教中，有些信徒會將聖人的名字作為自己兒女的名字；有些則會在受洗後，領受聖人的名字。此舉期望藉所屬之聖人，能為帶有自己名字的信徒祝福和禱告。有些聖人會有紀念日，紀念日的命名也會冠以聖人的名字。

簡介

在新教的家庭出身，他一直奉行不可知論，後來在1906年皈依天主教。馬里頓一生出版超過60本著作，並在當代致力振興聖托馬斯·阿奎那的哲學思想，並對開發起草《世界人權宣言》具有影響力.。馬里頓為教宗保祿六世的導師，二人同時也建立了深厚的感情；保祿六世在第二次梵蒂岡大公會議的尾聲向他的老師提出「給科學家們的文告」。馬里頓的興趣和著作涉獵哲學多個範疇，其中包括美學、政治理論、科學哲學、形而上學等方面，並對教育、禮拜儀式和教會學的本質有所研究。
