西恩·帕克（英語：Sean Parker，1979年12月3日－）出生於美國弗吉尼亞州，是一名美國互聯網創業家，曾創立Napster，Plaxo，是知名的社交網站Facebook的首任總裁。

他也是Plaxo，Causes和Airtime的聯合創始人。2012年3月他的財產估值達21億美元。

生平

早年歲月

肖恩的父親是政府的海洋研究科學家，在肖恩7歲時就教他編程。母親是廣告經紀人。忙碌於事業的父親告訴他，如果想要冒險，就應該在成家之前。作為一位少年黑客，肖恩喜歡編程和「hacking」。16歲時，當他入侵某個財富500強公司的網站時，由於父親拔下了電腦的鍵盤線，帕克沒能成功退出網站，從而泄露了IP地址，使得FBI追蹤到了這個16歲的黑客。因他未滿18歲，法庭只是判他為社區義務勞動。

事業與教育

Facebook

2004年6月，肖恩開始與Facebook的創辦者們同住，並成為他們非正式的顧問。其後他協助重組Facebook，並引入Peter Thiel的投資。成為Facebook第一任總裁，及佔董事會的一席（Peter Thiel佔一席，馬克·扎克伯格佔兩席），得到7%的股份。[13]在2005年8月，肖恩以藏有海洛因的罪名被捕，但證據不足，沒有被正式起訴。Facebook當時最大投資方Accel Partners認為他不能再擔任總裁一職。最後肖恩自願離職，被逼放棄一半股份。但他堅持要把其董事會的席位交予Facebook的創辦者馬克·扎克伯格。[14]

在2006年肖恩作為執行合夥人加入Peter Thiel的Founders Fund。

在2007年肖恩與馬克·扎克伯格在哈佛的同學共同開發「Causes」，是在Facebook上最多用戶使用的非遊戲應用程式。
